Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be received in writing to cjorae@medaweb.org or submitted via the Info Hub on or before September 17th to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations between September 18th and 22nd will be refunded less 50%.
- There will be no refunds on September 23rd or after.
- Those who do not cancel and do not attend will be charged the full registration fee.
- MEDA is not responsible for technical difficulties due to your equipment, internet connection, email firewall, etc.
