Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be received in writing to cjorae@medaweb.org or submitted via the Info Hub on or before February 19th to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations between February 20th and 24th will be refunded less 50%.
- There will be no refunds on February 25th or after.
- Those who do not cancel and do not attend will be charged the full registration fee.
