Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be received in writing to cjorae@medaweb.org on or before August 4th to receive a full refund.
• Cancellations between August 5th and August 10th will be refunded less $125. If under that amount, then less 50%
• There will be no refunds on August 11th or after.
• The policy includes all paid activities, including guest fees, trivia night, and tours.
• Those who do not cancel and do not attend will be charged the full price of registration.
