Attendees can learn from experienced leaders as well as build lasting relationships through networking.

Moving forward for all MEDA events, registration must be paid in order to attend unless prior arrangements are made.

- All registrations submitted April 30th or after will be required to pay upon checkout.
Member Rate
Rates are typically determined at the December Board meeting.
MEDA Members, if you joined in the last 12 months, you may still have a New Member Coupon that you can apply to the Impact Day. Ask Cassandra at cjorae@medaweb.org.
Future Member Rate
Rates are typically determined at the December Board meeting.
If not a member of MEDA, ask Cassandra how you can get coupon that covers the event fee by joining MEDA.
A $15 per event late fee begins on April 30th.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be received in writing to cjorae@medaweb.org on or before May 1st to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations between May 1st and May 5th will have a $50 processing fee
- There will be no refunds May 6th or after.
- Those who do not cancel and do not attend will be charged the full price of registration.
