Webinar: Reducing Energy Use, Costs, and Emissions for Small and Medium Manufacturers

Thursday, February 12, 2026 (10:00 AM - 11:30 AM) (EST)

Description

About this Webinar

Join this webinar to learn about no-cost opportunities for Michigan-based small and medium manufacturers to reduce energy use, costs, and emissions.

The MSU Industrial Training and Assessment Center (ITAC) (http://iac.msu.edu), funded by the U.S. Department of Energy, provides no-cost energy assessments for small- and medium-sized manufacturers throughout Michigan and the surrounding area. Assessment teams work directly with manufacturers during the assessment process (ASHRAE Level II) to identify opportunities to reduce energy use, costs, and emissions, and quantify estimates of energy and cost savings, cost of implementation, and payback periods.

This webinar will provide an overview of the ITAC program and assessment process, overall impact metrics associated with program efforts to date, and case studies.

Perfect for: economic developers, community leaders, manufacturers, utility companies, commercial building owners, manufacturing-based organizations; anyone with a vested interest in the health of Michigan's small and medium manufacturing base
