The NEW! Economic Development Impact Day is MEDA's rebranded
legislative conference.
The new title highlights the significant contributions of our members and the pivotal role of the legislature, administration, and state departments in driving successful economic development priorities in your communities. Legislative Reception and Lugnuts Game
An afternoon Legislative Reception will be held on April 9th at Jackson Field/Lugnuts Stadium after MEDA's Spring Conference.
Enjoy food, drinks, and a baseball game while growing connections that will help you make a positive impact.

This event is being held back-to-back with our Spring Conference on April 9th. You can get a discount for registering for both events.
Legislative Visits
MEDA can help schedule appointments with legislators in the afternoon, pending session/committee schedules. Please indicate if you need assistance scheduling appointments (individually or group) on your registration form.
Invite Your Legislators to the Legislative Reception and Impact Day
Legislators are welcome to attend at no cost, but we ask that they RSVP to Cassandra at cjorae@medaweb.org and notify us at least three days in advance of any changes to their registration. We understand the unpredictable nature of the legislative environment and that Senators and Representatives may need to send a staff member in their place. If they are unable to attend after expressing interest, we respectfully request that only one staff member attend on their behalf.

A $15 per event late fee begins on April 2nd.
Spring Conference, Legislative Reception, Impact Day Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be received in writing to cjorae@medaweb.org on or before April 2nd to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations between April 3rd and April 7th will have a $100 processing fee.
- There will be no refunds after 7:45 a.m. on April 8th, 24 hours before the event’s start time.
- Those who do not cancel and do not attend will be charged the full price of registration.
- The policy includes the Legislative Reception.
