Ms. Dahl, President and Owner of Epiphany Planning and Development (EPD), brings more than 25 years of demonstrated success in economic development across both urban and rural settings in multiple states. Her extensive experience spans roles as both a practitioner and a consultant, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the field.

Throughout her career, Ms. Dahl has collaborated with a wide range of stakeholders, including universities, community colleges, Fortune 100 companies such as General Mills, manufacturers, entrepreneurs, and individual clients. In addition to her professional work, she has served as a professor at three universities and has developed higher education curricula on a variety of economic, nonprofit, and business topics.

Ms. Dahl’s leadership and expertise have been recognized through numerous honors and appointments. She was named to Iowa’s Community Development & Tourism Commission by the Governor, authored testimony for a U.S. Senate Subcommittee, and received a Downtown Virginia award. She has held key roles on national and regional boards, including the International Economic Development Council’s (IEDC) Public Policy Advisory Committee and Higher Education Committee, the Executive Committee of the Northwest Ohio Regional Economic Development board, and the University of Toledo College of Business Management Advisory Board, among others.

Her thought leadership extends to media and publishing as well—she has been a featured guest on WBGU’s The Journal, contributed to outlets such as the National Association of Women Business Owners, and appeared on multiple podcasts.
