About
Dennis served our nation and local governments for over 36 years; as a United States Marine; as a Secretary/Bookkeeper for Van Dyke Public Schools; as the Community Relations Director for the City of Warren, Michigan; and is currently the City Manager/City Clerk for the City of Center Line, Michigan.
As the Center Line City Manager/Clerk Dennis has been instrumental in generating more than $3 million dollars in non-tax revenue with the development and implementation of cannabis policies and partnerships with the US Army and its Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGSA) services. His leadership has resulted in substantial increases in population, property values and new investment throughout the Center Line community. He has worked closely with the political leadership to develop and coordinate three annual events in the community drawing more than 35,000 visitors to the "Heart of Metro-Detroit".
Dennis also has several years of experience in business management for 9Toes, Inc., GCA Services Group, and as the Property Manager of Kramer Homes Co-operative, Inc.
Dennis' education includes an Associates in Business Administration from Davenport University; a BS in Public Administration - Community Development; and a MSA in General Administration, both from Central Michigan University.
Dennis is a member of the Macomb County Brownfield Redevelopment Authority; and is currently serving as the President of the Pembrooke Home Owners Association.
Dennis' personal life is focused on his family, which includes his wife, six children and eleven grandchildren.
