About

As the executive director of the MHPN, Ms. Rigdon works with the Board of Directors to develop and implement MHPN's mission, annual objectives, long-term strategic initiatives, and other programs. She is a registered architect specializing in historic preservation and adaptive reuse. Her projects include multiple National Park Service Historic Structure Reports, National Register nominations, and federal historic preservation tax credit applications. She works closely with local governments, the Michigan Economic Development Corporation and local economic development
organizations.
